All orders go through a 4(FOUR) day processing time. If your order was placed on Saturday or Sunday the processing day will be Monday. After the processing days Your package will get shipped out and you will receive a USPS tracking number. All orders are shipped out via USPS .
IF YOUR BILLING INFORMATION DOES NOT MATCH YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION.
If no information is provided the order will be refunded. If your billing information matches your shipping information and we still suspect fraud a photo ID or a form of ID will be asked for. ALL ORDERS OVER $200.00 will be subject for review for fraud purposes.
In no circumstances delivery to personal location or drop offs by us ( the company ) is accepted. Delivery will always be done by USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
We do not process on Saturday, Sundays or Federal holidays. Although shipping is available for Saturday. Which means your package can get shipped out on Saturday.
If you have put the wrong shipping address , please email us IMMEDIATELY after your order has been placed with the correct shipping information or your package will be delivered to the address provided. We are not responsible for making sure you have put the correct address.
We quote 7-10 business days for ALL* international shipments (this shipping time frame begins only after you are emailed a tracking number).
*We can only quote a time frame for international shipments, which is given to us by USPS , the time frame can vary and can take longer or shorter then the time quoted.
We cannot control and will not be responsible for any custom fees/taxes. These Fees/Taxes (if any) are due by the customer in the receiving country.
Orders will NOT be canceled or refunded if the shipping time frame is longer or shorter then what has been quoted.
